Chat Support Executive

Job Overview
Lime Software Logics is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals with excellent written communication skills, fast typing speed, and the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, solving problems, and thinking creatively to keep conversations engaging and productive.

Responsibilities:

• Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information, assistance, and support to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries while maintaining excellent response times.
• Engage customers through conversational and out-of-the-box communication techniques.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant records when required.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

• Strong written English communication skills.
• Fast and accurate typing speed.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 45,000-50,000 per month + Attendance bonus

Work Schedule:

• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Rotational shifts may be required after the first 3 months, only in cases of urgent operational requirements.

Location: Business Center, PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour
