Chat Support Executive (Digital Channels)

Kickstart is Pakistan’s largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, startups, and freelancers. We have 16 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5400+ members using our spaces daily.

Role Description

We’re looking for a proactive Social Media & CRM Coordinator to manage customer interactions across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp (WATI). The role involves handling inquiries, tracking and assigning leads through HubSpot, and ensuring timely, high-quality responses. You’ll be responsible for maintaining smooth lead flow to the sales team and ensuring accurate follow-ups. Strong communication skills and hands-on experience with social platforms and CRM tools are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming queries and engagement across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
• Handle customer communication via WATI (WhatsApp Business)
• Manage and track social media ad leads through HubSpot
• Assign form inquiries/leads via HubSpot to the sales team
• Ensure timely follow-ups and proper lead routing
• Maintain response quality and support ongoing marketing campaigns

Experience Required:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media/community management
• Hands-on experience with Meta platforms, WATI, and HubSpot (or similar CRM tools)
• Good communication skills
