Chat Support Executive (Non-Voice / International)

About the Role

We are hiring Chat Support Executives (Non-Voice) for our international customer support operations. The role involves handling customer queries through chat, email, and ticketing systems while ensuring high-quality service and professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Chat / Non-Voice BPO
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Minimum Intermediate qualification (A-Level preferred)
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM (90% accuracy)
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (morning/evening/night)
  • Available on weekends and public holidays
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce operations
  • Ability to manage own conveyance
