Chat Support Officer and Cold Caller Required

Fortune Tech Services is Hiring – Sales / Support Executive

Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Sales / Support Executives. In this role, you will interact with customers through cold calling, chat support, and emails, assist with inquiries, perform basic data entry tasks, and support sales activities. This position is ideal for fresh candidates or those with up to one year of relevant experience.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

• Fresh candidates are welcome
• OR 6 months to 1 year of experience in:
• Chat support
• Data entry
• Cold calling
• Call center or customer support roles

Communication Skills:

• Good English reading and writing skills are required
• Basic spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally
• Comfortable interacting with customers via calls, chat, and email

Qualification:

• Minimum O Level / A Level / Matric / Intermediate

Skills & Traits:

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge and accurate data handling skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
• Strong willingness to learn and grow

• Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
