The Chat Support Representative will be responsible for managing online communication with clients, providing accurate information about visa services, and assisting in scheduling consultations with Visa Experts. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service through chat platforms, ensuring clients receive timely, clear, and professional responses throughout their immigration journey.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via chat regarding visa options, eligibility, and services offered.
  • Schedule consultations with Visa Experts based on client needs and availability.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking immigration advice.
  • Guide clients on required documents, timelines, and consultation procedures.
  • Relay relevant client information to advisors to ensure well-prepared meetings.
  • Maintain smooth communication between clients and the immigration advisory team.
  • Provide high-quality, empathetic customer support and resolve client concerns efficiently.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide post-consultation assistance.



Requirements

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 0–1 year of experience in chat or customer support (experience in immigration is a plus).

    Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and client-focused attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of visa or immigration processes is an advantage.
