Responsibilities

* Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner via our live chat platform.
* Provide clear and accurate information regarding our commercial electrical services, scheduling, and account details.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to finding a solution.
* Escalate complex technical or commercial queries to the relevant department for resolution.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and communications.
* Contribute to team success by meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong preference for candidates with chat support experience.
* Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, with meticulous attention to detail and grammar.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically under pressure.
* The ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service.
* Proficiency with computers, including CRM software and standard office applications.
* A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
* (Desirable) Experience or familiarity with the electrical services or a related trade industry.
