Chat Support Representative – Denim600 (NIght Shift)

Denim600 is a growing fashion and lifestyle brand dedicated to providing trendy and high-quality denim wear in Pakistan. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Representative (Night Shift) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via live chat, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Provide order updates, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth communication.
• Guide customers regarding product details, sizes, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly brand image during all customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, logistics) to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support (chat support preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English & Urdu (both written and verbal).
• Good typing speed with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and Facebook will be a plus.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
• Minimum Education: Intermediate/Graduate
