Description of the job:
- Perform tasks to support the customer services department in the UK.
- Taking care of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Speaking to a caller while adhering to several communication scripts.
- Interaction with customers via chat, audio, and other relevant channels.
- Determining the needs of the client, responding to inquiries, and offering options or solutions.
- Maintaining orderly records of all talks
- Increasing performance and achieving objectives.
- Taking care of client accounts
- Completing data entry duties as required.
Required Skills
- Background in International Call Centers
- Communication skills (frequent and confident English speaking, attentive listening)
- Capacity to Multitask
- Outstanding internet and computer skills.
- Adaptable, creative, flexible, and full of energy.
Location and timings
Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays
2:00PM to 11:00PM
Location: bahadurabad, Karachi
Salary package: Rs. 40,000 - Rs45,000 per month
