As a leading wedding planning and event coordination company, we specialise in creating unforgettable, personalised celebrations. This Full-Time role is pivotal in providing an exceptional first impression to our clients, offering support and guidance with the care and professionalism that defines our brand. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator responsible for managing client enquiries and ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the very first contact. This position offers a competitive salary of $26 - $39 USD per hour.
Responsibilities
* Engage with potential and existing clients through live chat, email, and other digital communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide comprehensive information about our wedding planning services, packages, and pricing.
* Answer client questions accurately and efficiently, resolving issues with empathy and patience.
* Schedule initial consultations between clients and our expert wedding planners.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within our CRM system.
* Collaborate with the wedding planning team to ensure consistent and up-to-date information is communicated to clients.
* Assist in developing and maintaining our online knowledge base and frequently asked questions (FAQs).
* Uphold the company's high standards for customer service and brand representation in every interaction.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service or support role, with a focus on written communication (e.g., live chat, email support).
* Exceptional written English skills, including flawless grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport with clients.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital communication tools.
* A keen interest in the wedding and events industry is highly desirable but not essential.
