Job Summary

K Com Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and highly skilled Chatbot Developer to join our AI team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent conversational agents that leverage the latest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Key Responsibilities

· Develop & Deploy: Build end-to-end chatbot solutions using frameworks like LangChain, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa.

· LLM Integration: Integrate advanced models (GPT-4, Google Gemini, or Claude) into production-ready workflows.

· RAG Implementation: Design and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.

· API Management: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and webhooks to connect chatbots with internal CRM and ERP systems.

· Optimization: Fine-tune prompts and optimize conversation flows to ensure high accuracy and user satisfaction.

· Analytics: Monitor bot performance and use conversation logs to identify and fix "dead-ends" in the user journey.

Technical Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.

· Programming: Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Flask) or Node.js, WordPress plugin type.

· AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGPT.

· NLP/NLU: Strong understanding of Intent Classification, Entity Extraction, and Sentiment Analysis.

· Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL, plus a solid grasp of Vector Databases.

· Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience building multilingual bots (specifically Urdu-English code-switching).

· Knowledge of voice-based AI (STT/TTS).

· A portfolio of live chatbots or a GitHub profile showing AI-related projects.
