Chauffeur / Wine Tour Driver – Part-Time (CDL Passenger Endorsement Preferred)

We are a family-owned transportation company based in Wine Country, proudly serving Sonoma County, Napa County, and the greater Bay Area for over 20 years. Our locally run, 5-star rated company is passionate about hospitality and helping visitors enjoy the best of Wine Country. We are currently seeking professional and reliable chauffeurs/drivers to join our team and provide an exceptional passenger experience.

Drivers will transport clients to wine tours, weddings, dinners, airport transfers, concerts, sporting events, proms, and other special occasions. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, provide excellent customer service, and take pride in maintaining a safe and professional driving experience.

We are hiring drivers with a Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement, as well as drivers with a valid California driver’s license without a passenger endorsement, for additional driving opportunities. Previous limousine, shuttle, or bus experience is a plus, but not required.

This position offers flexible hours, making it ideal for students, semi-retired, or retired individuals looking for part-time work.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles and assist passengers boarding and exiting the shuttle
• Report to work on time in the required uniform: white shirt, black tie, black suit, and black shoes
• Ensure vehicle is clean and ready for passengers before leaving the yard
• Comply with all State, Federal traffic laws, and DOT regulations
• Report any incidents or accidents immediately according to company policy
• Maintain a professional driving style, appearance, and demeanor at all times
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and trip updates
• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, stand, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid California Driver’s License (Class B with Passenger endorsement preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
• Valid DOT Medical Card / Physical (for CDL drivers)
• Clean DMV record (no DUI within 10 years)
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Strong knowledge of Sonoma County, Napa County, San Francisco, and Bay Area airports is helpful
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must own a smartphone with email and texting capability
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

• $28.00 - $45.00 per hour (including tips/gratuities)
