Cheqinn LLC is looking for a Check-in Systems Manager to oversee the technology and processes behind our guest and visitor entry systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that every check-in experience is seamless, secure, and data-driven, managing both the digital platforms and the physical hardware that drive our front-end operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Platform Ownership: Manage and optimize automated check-in software, kiosks, and mobile entry applications.
- Hardware Oversight: Ensure all physical touchpoints—scanners, printers, and tablets are fully operational and integrated.
- Process Engineering: Design and implement streamlined workflows to reduce wait times and improve user experience.
- Data & Reporting: Analyze check-in metrics to identify peak hours and operational bottlenecks.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all guest data collection complies with privacy regulations and that digital credentials are secure.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years in Operations Technology, Systems Management, or Hospitality Tech.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in SaaS management, hardware troubleshooting, and basic network connectivity.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to drive operational improvements and staff scheduling.
- Service Focus: A dedication to creating frictionless, high-quality user journeys.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO3,900.000 per month
