Job Title: Catering Chef – Arabic & Continental Cuisine

Working Hours: 10 hours per day with a 1-hour break

About Us:
We are a vibrant restaurant offering both daily dining and catering services. We are seeking a skilled Catering Chef to join our kitchen team, specializing in Arabic and Continental cuisine, to ensure high-quality food preparation for both restaurant operations and catering events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality Arabic and Continental dishes for both restaurant service and catering events.
• Lead and support team during food preparation and catering operations.
• Plan menus for catering events in line with restaurant standards and client requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently during shifts, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of catering orders.
• Sandwich Experience is a Must.

Requirements:

• Experience (2–5 years) as a chef in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Hands-on cooking experience with both Arabic and Continental cuisine.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent time management, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and handling, with relevant certifications.
• Strong culinary techniques.
