Looking for a Chef experienced in Asian cuisine.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Asian cuisine dishes following company standards
• Ensure high quality, taste, and presentation of food at all times
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene as per UAE Food Safety regulations
• Monitor food stock, storage, and expiry dates
• Assist with inventory control and requisitions
• Reduce food wastage and control food costs
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth daily operations
• Follow all health, safety, and HACCP guidelines

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Asian cuisine (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Asian ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation
• Knowledge of UAE food safety standards / HACCP
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Candidates currently in the UAE will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
