Job Summary:
BUILDING CO. (BEST) L.L.C is looking for a skilled and experienced Chef to prepare high-quality meals and manage kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, organized, and able to maintain high standards of hygiene and food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to company standards
• Plan menus and ensure variety and quality in food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Manage food inventory and control waste
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with staff for smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
• Knowledge of various cuisines (Arabic cuisine is an advantage)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Relevant certification is a plus
