Prepare and cook authentic Arabic and Gulf dishes in accordance with approved recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and food quality at all times.
Develop and update menu items in coordination with management, incorporating seasonal and traditional specialties.
Supervise kitchen staff assigned to the Arabic & Gulf section and ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor food preparation processes to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with local health regulations and food safety standards.
Control food cost by minimizing waste and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
Coordinate with the purchasing/store team to maintain adequate stock levels of required ingredients and spices.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in traditional Arabic and Gulf cooking techniques.
Maintain kitchen equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
Support special events, catering orders, and promotional activities related to Arabic & Gulf cuisine.
