Chef cum Barista (Healthy Food & Beverage Specialist)- Women Only

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef cum Barista who can prepare nutritious, delicious meals and beverages with a special focus on healthy eating and pregnancy-friendly nutrition. The ideal candidate should be experienced in creating wholesome dishes, fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages while maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and presentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesCulinary Responsibilities

  • Prepare healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and meal-prep options.
  • Design and create nutritious menus focused on wellness, balanced nutrition, and pregnancy-friendly dietary requirements.
  • Prepare fresh salads, soups, healthy bowls, sandwiches, wraps, and light meals.
  • Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety standards.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with all hygiene and food safety regulations.

Barista & Beverage Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of healthy beverages, including smoothies, fresh juices, protein shakes, herbal drinks, and specialty coffees.
  • Develop nutrient-rich smoothie recipes suitable for pregnant women and health-conscious clients.
  • Recommend healthy beverage options based on dietary preferences and nutritional needs.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.

General Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory and assist with purchasing ingredients and supplies.
  • Monitor food quality and portion control.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and beverage preparation area.
  • Stay updated with healthy food trends, nutrition concepts, and wellness-focused recipes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chef, Cook, Healthy Food Specialist, or Barista.
  • Strong knowledge of healthy cooking techniques and nutrition-focused meal preparation.
  • Experience preparing smoothies, detox drinks, fresh juices, and specialty beverages.
  • Understanding of pregnancy-safe foods and nutritional requirements is highly preferred.
  • Ability to create innovative and visually appealing healthy meals and drinks.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for health and wellness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Culinary Arts, Nutrition, Food Production, or Barista Training.
  • Experience working in wellness cafés, healthy restaurants, maternity centers, clinics, or private households.
  • Knowledge of vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and pregnancy-friendly meal planning.
