Plan, prepare, and execute authentic Lebanese dishes in line with established recipes and standards.
Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation consistency at all times.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Control food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste.
Develop menus and specials that reflect traditional and contemporary Lebanese cuisine.
Coordinate with purchasing to source high-quality ingredients.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Senior Sous Chef specializing in Lebanese cuisine.
Strong knowledge of traditional Lebanese recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
Leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
