Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Beverages & Light Kitchen

Role Summary

Responsible for preparing high-quality hot and cold beverages while supporting light kitchen prep, including sandwich-style fillings.

Ensures consistency, speed, and cleanliness across the station during all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a range of beverages (coffee, milk-based drinks, tea) to exact standards

• Manage brewing, extraction, and drink assembly with consistency

• Prepare and portion sandwich-style fillings (savory & sweet)

• Support assembly of simple handheld items when required

• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO)

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the station at all times

• Monitor ingredient levels and minimize waste

• Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality

Requirements

• Experience in café, beverage, or QSR environment

• Basic knowledge of coffee and tea preparation

• Experience in light kitchen prep (fillings, simple assembly) is a plus

• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Organized, clean, and detail-oriented
