We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate the team, maintain high service and quality standards, manage staff scheduling, control costs, and drive sales performance. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality are essential. Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is required.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food & beverage industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions
  • Experience in staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Financial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Hospitality Management is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From KD350.000 per month
