Role Summary
IHG Hotels & Resorts is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie specializing in Arabic cuisine to join the culinary team at Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay. In this role, you will support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, menu consistency, and hygiene standards. This is a key position in maintaining the hotel s reputation for excellence in dining while delivering authentic Arabic culinary experiences to guests.

What You ll Do
 
* Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including task delegation and performance monitoring
* Lead and support the team in preparing authentic Arabic dishes while maintaining consistent quality and presentation
* Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in all kitchen operations
* Contribute to the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and culinary promotions
* Maintain recipe documentation and assist in costing dishes within the Food & Beverage operations
* Collaborate with the Head Chef in developing innovative menu items and seasonal offerings
* Coach and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance skills and maintain team efficiency
 
Ideal Profile
 
* Culinary degree or professional certificate in culinary arts
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience specializing in Arabic cuisine
* Strong knowledge of international cooking techniques and menu development
* Good communication skills with proficiency in English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail and teamwork
