Requirements:Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a professional kitchen Expertise in authentic Italian cuisine Ability to manage a kitchen section (hot kitchen, grill, pasta, etc.) Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques
