Role: Chef De Partie (Grill Section)

Location: Hatta, Dubai, UAE

Visit Visa / Cancelled Status | Immediate joiners only preferred

Job Description:

• Prepare and cook grilled meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection.
• Oversee the grill station during service, ensuring timely execution of orders.
• Maintain high standards of taste, texture, and presentation in all grill items.
• Monitor grill temperatures and ensure proper cooking techniques are followed.
• Supervise and train junior staff assigned to the grill section.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the grill area in line with food safety standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen management on daily specials and grill menu updates.
• Check stock levels and request when needed.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and ensure all food is stored and handled correctly.
• Work closely with other kitchen sections to maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
