Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Private Chef to join a distinguished household in Dubai. The Chef will curate and deliver refined dining experiences for a family of seven, ensuring a seamless blend of taste, nutrition, and presentation. Beyond daily meal service, the role includes menu innovation, event support, and maintaining impeccable culinary and hygiene standards in a fully equipped luxury kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

Menu Planning & Execution

Design rotating menus every 3 days, reflecting seasonal produce and family preferences.
Prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and tea service daily.
Provide full support for private dinners and high-profile events hosted by the family.

Cuisine & Dietary Expertise

Skilled in Continental, Mediterranean, Asian, and Healthy cuisines.
Align menus with family preferences; no reported allergies.
Balance traditional family meals with innovative healthy options.

Kitchen & Hygiene Management

Maintain a spotless kitchen environment with daily cleaning and deep cleaning every 10 days.
Adhere to food safety standards: storage, defrosting, and preparation practices.
Supervise coffee machine, refrigerator, and serving ware maintenance.
Ensure waste disposal at end of each day; towels and cleaning tools kept separately.

Coordination & Logistics

Collaborate with the household driver for grocery shopping.
Prepare children’s school meals and snacks each evening.
Ensure grocery bags and thermal bags are always managed and returned to the vehicle.

Service Timings

Children’s breakfast: 6:30 AM | Adults’ breakfast: 9:00 AM
Lunch: 1:00 PM (strictly observed)
Dinner: 6:00–6:30 PM

Working Conditions

Schedule: 6 days per week, 1 weekly off
Work Arrangement: Negotiable (live-in or live-out)
Accommodation & Meals:Negotiable; meals provided
Travel: Local only
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: AED 10,000 per month
Benefits (negotiable):

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Private Chef in HNI/UHNW residences or luxury hotels.

Proven expertise in international cuisines, wellness-focused menus, and event dining.
Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and ability to adapt to family dynamics.
Strong organizational skills, particularly in planning, hygiene, and time-sensitive service.
Flexible, proactive, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.
