Chef De Partie - Iranian Cuisine

Job Title: Chef de Partie – Iranian Cuisine

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present authentic Iranian dishes following recipes, portion, and presentation standards.
  • Supervise Commis and Demi Chefs, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of workstations and equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels, control food cost, and minimize waste.
  • Follow health, sanitation, and HACCP standards at all times.
  • Assist in menu development, recipe testing, and seasonal dishes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef, preferably in Iranian or Middle Eastern cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of Iranian ingredients, techniques, and traditional cooking.
  • Leadership, teamwork, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high culinary standards.
  • Passion for culinary excellence and continuous learning.
