THE ROLE:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie – Pastry to join our dynamic culinary team and help create exceptional desserts that delight and inspire.

If you have a refined touch, an eye for detail, and experience in luxury hotel environments, this could be your next exciting chapter.

As Chef de Partie – Pastry, you will take ownership of your section and play a key role in delivering beautifully crafted desserts across our restaurants, events, and special occasions.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods with precision and creativity
• Maintain consistency and excellence in presentation and taste
• Support the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef in daily operations
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
• Guide and mentor junior team members with professionalism
• Contribute innovative ideas while respecting brand standards

ABOUT YOU:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie – Pastry in a luxury hotel environment
• Strong technical knowledge of pastry arts, baking, and dessert presentation
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
• A positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional desserts
