Key Responsibilities


* Manage and operate an assigned section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
* Prepare and cook dishes following menu standards and the Executive Chef s direction.
* Collaborate with the culinary leadership team to design and refine menu offerings.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
* Oversee food storage, labeling, and rotation to ensure freshness and safety.
* Maintain an organized, hygienic workstation in compliance with HACCP and hotel standards.
* Support cost control initiatives and monitor wastage levels.
* Contribute to inventory management and ordering supplies for your section.
* Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely and seamless service.
* Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic, high-volume kitchen environment.

Ideal Profile

* Culinary degree or relevant professional experience in a high-end or fine dining kitchen.
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of international cuisines, techniques, and kitchen equipment.
* Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
* Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
