Job Title: Chef (Kuwaiti Cuisine)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Kuwaiti and Arabic dishes according to standard recipes and quality guidelines
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Kuwait Municipality regulations
- Manage kitchen operations related to assigned section
- Control food quality, wastage, and raw material usage
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams
- Follow company SOPs and kitchen operational standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Arabic Chef with strong expertise in Kuwaiti cuisine
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering operations
- Good knowledge of traditional Kuwaiti dishes and cooking methods
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a professional attitude

- Valid transferable residency in Kuwait (Article 18)
