Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef located in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, creating and developing innovative menus, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, overseeing food preparation processes, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure a consistent dining experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu creation
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene protocols, and compliance standards
• Experience with inventory management and kitchen organization
• Team management and leadership skills in a kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of quality and consistency
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• A culinary degree or professional training in a related field is preferred
• Working as cold sandwich maker is preferred

Pay: KD150.000 - KD200.000 per month
