Chef Snack (With Mix Grill Experience)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Chef Snack with solid experience in mix grill and fast food preparation. The candidate should be able to handle both snack items and grill station, ensuring speed, quality, and consistency in a busy kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of snack items (sandwiches, burgers, wraps, fries, etc.)
• Prepare and cook mix grill items (kebab, kofta, tikka, grilled chicken, etc.)
• Assist in preparing shawarma (preferred)
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
• Ensure proper food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all times
• Manage orders efficiently during peak hours
• Monitor stock usage and coordinate with kitchen/store team
• Follow company recipes and food safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as Snack Chef / Line Cook with mix grill experience (minimum 2–3 years)
• Experience in fast food or casual dining restaurants
• Ability to work on grill and sandwich station
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in GCC countries is a plus
• Multi-tasking ability across different kitchen sections
