Cheif growth Officer

EYouth is scaling fast across MENA & Africa, and we’re hiring a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to drive growth across B2C, B2B, and B2G, aligning sales, marketing, partnerships, and products to maximize learners, revenue, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute regional growth strategy, focusing on Egypt, KSA, UAE, and key African markets (Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana).

• Own revenue growth targets across all lines of business.

• Lead pipeline building in B2G contracts, corporate upskilling, and B2C offerings.

• Develop strategic partnerships with governments, corporates, and universities in both MENA & Africa.

• Oversee marketing, performance campaigns, and brand positioning regionally.

• Work with Product & Education teams to align content with market needs in diverse geographies.

• Build and lead growth, sales, marketing, and analytics teams across markets.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in growth/marketing/sales leadership.

• Proven record in regional scale-ups across MENA & Africa (EdTech, SaaS, consumer platforms).

• Strong government and enterprise deal-making background.

• Deep understanding of market entry and growth dynamics in Africa.

• Data-driven growth mindset with strong execution ability.

Work Conditions:

• Work Type: Full-time

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Location: Maadi, Cairo (Onsite)

• Flexibility: up to 4 remote workdays per month
