We are seeking a highly skilled and execution-focused Head of Engineering to lead our technical operations and transform business ideas into scalable digital systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, architecting, building, and managing multiple technology projects across different industries.

The ideal candidate should be capable of converting business concepts into structured technical roadmaps and ensuring smooth delivery through development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Idea to System Execution

• Translate business ideas into technical architecture and development plans
• Create detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans
• Define tech stack and system structure

Team Leadership

• Hire, manage, and mentor developers
• Assign tasks and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain development standards and documentation

Technical Oversight

• Oversee backend, frontend, APIs, and database design
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security
• Review code and system architecture

Operations & Project Management

• Monitor deadlines and budgets
• Coordinate between business and technical teams
• Report progress directly to Founder/CEO

Multi-Project Management

• Handle multiple tech projects simultaneously
• Prioritize resources effectively
• Ensure smooth deployment and maintenance

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in software development
• 2+ years in team lead or engineering management role
• Strong experience in system architecture design
• Experience building SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or digital products
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and scalable systems
• Experience managing small to mid-sized development teams
