Chemical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process, managing all production workers and activities to exceed customer expectations.
• Identify and report any production abnormalities to management, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion by organizing production flow effectively.
• Ensure all production equipment is well-maintained and in good operating condition.
• Supervise timely dispatch of all manufactured products.
• Prepare total cost estimates for work, including labor, materials, and outsourced services.
• Generate production status reports for management.
• Train subordinates and new employees on work procedures and tasks.
• Research and recommend best practices for production processes and procedures.
• Commit to plant safety procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE in a similar production role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing household cleaning products.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and maintain production quality standards.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
