Mahraj Tents & Metals Works Industries LLC SP is establishing a large-scale tile adhesive and construction chemicals manufacturing plant in the UAE. We are looking for experienced professionals in dry mix and cementitious systems to join as long-term technical partners and core team members.

This role is critical in setting up, developing, and optimizing tile adhesive formulations and production processes, ensuring high-performance products that meet international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize tile adhesive formulations (C1, C2, C2TE, etc.)
• Handle R&D of cementitious and dry-mix products
• Select and test raw materials (cement, polymers, fillers, additives)
• Support plant setup, production line planning, and process optimization
• Ensure compliance with EN standards and quality benchmarks
• Conduct product testing, performance validation, and improvements
• Work closely with production, procurement, and management teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering / Materials Science / Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in tile adhesive / dry mix / construction chemicals
• Strong knowledge of cementitious systems and polymer-modified adhesives
• Experience with C2TE adhesive formulations is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience in plant setup or production scaling is a major advantage
• Knowledge of international standards (EN 12004, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and product development skills
