What You’ll Do:

Lead the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.

Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to scale up new products from concept to full-scale production.

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.

Troubleshoot production challenges and implement practical, data-driven solutions.

Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Participate in strategic planning to improve plant operations, reduce costs, and increase throughput.

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; a Master’s is a plus.

5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably in chemical, petrochemical, or related industries.

Hands-on experience with process optimization, equipment design, and quality control.

Skilled in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Comfortable working in a multicultural and collaborative team environment.

Ambitious, proactive, and eager to make a difference.

Pay: AED17,776.00 - AED19,875.00 per month

Work Location: In person
