Junior Sales Engineer (Duct Manufacturing / HVAC) MALE CANDIDATE

Job Summary

The Junior Sales Engineer will support the sales team in promoting and selling ducting products. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to start a career in HVAC sales, combining technical learning with client interaction and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Lead Generation

• Assist in identifying potential clients (contractors, MEP companies, consultants)
• Support senior sales engineers in business development activities
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer records
• Help achieve assigned sales targets

Technical Learning & Support

• Learn to understand HVAC systems and ducting products (GI ducts, pre-insulated ducts, etc.)
• Assist in reviewing project drawings and specifications
• Support in recommending suitable duct solutions under supervision

Estimation & Quotation Assistance

• Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
• Support in preparing quotations and cost estimates
• Coordinate with the estimation and production team

Client Interaction

• Attend client meetings and site visits with senior team members
• Communicate with clients for basic inquiries and follow-ups
• Build and maintain good customer relationships

Coordination & Follow-Up

• Coordinate with factory/production for order status
• Track deliveries and ensure timely updates to clients
• Assist in payment follow-ups

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Fresh graduates welcome)
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is an advantage
• Willingness to learn sales and technical aspects
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• English: Good communication skills (spoken and written)
