Job Summary

We are hiring a Chemical Etching Technician / Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in chemical etching or printing processes. The role involves operating etching machines, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring quality output for metal plates and name boards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate chemical etching machines and chemical baths
• Prepare, mix, and monitor etching solutions
• Safely handle acids and chemicals using PPE
• Inspect etched components for quality and accuracy
• Maintain basic production and chemical usage records
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Chemical, Printing Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of etching chemicals (Ferric Chloride, Nitric Acid, etc.)
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness
