Role Description

Metalor Technologies is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer for a full-time, on-site role at our North Attleboro, MA location. The Chemical Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing chemical processes, working hands-on with operations teams to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing production data, troubleshooting process issues, implementing process controls, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and support organizational goals by maintaining high-quality standards in the chemical production process.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Chemical Process Engineering, Process Design, and implementation of new production methodologies.
  • Experience with Process Control and optimization in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of the Chemical Industry, including safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong background in Process Engineering, including analysis and troubleshooting of technical challenges.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to propose innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and working knowledge of environmental compliance is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in diverse team settings.
