We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive – B2B to support the expansion of our fragrance business across diverse industry segments. The role requires a proactive individual with strong client management skills and a solid understanding of fragrance applications and market trends.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Explore and secure new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s presence in fine and industrial fragrance markets.
- Handle and grow client portfolios within perfume, air care, detergent, fabric care, and personal care sectors.
- Demonstrate fragrance samples and concepts, obtain customer feedback, and coordinate internally for product development and improvements.
- Maintain long-term partnerships with customers and ensure achievement of assigned revenue targets.
- Work closely with internal departments such as formulation, evaluation, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient operations and timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of practical experience in B2B sales; experience in fine fragrance, personal care, home care, or industrial fragrance sectors will be preferred.
- Good understanding of fragrance industry trends, consumer preferences, and application-based product requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, CRM systems, and sales performance reporting.
