Raw Material Testing & Analysis

• Conduct chemical analysis of raw materials (limestone, clay, gypsum, fly ash, slag, etc.) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and adjust raw mix proportion based on test results for maintaining clinker quality.

In-Process Quality Control

• Perform routine chemical and instrumental analysis of kiln feed, clinker, and cement samples.
• Ensure consistency of chemical parameters such as LSF, SM, AM, and free lime.
• Collaborate with production teams to make necessary adjustments during manufacturing.

Final Product Testing

• Carry out chemical tests on finished cement to verify compliance with BIS/ASTM/EN standards.
• Ensure correct blending of additives to achieve desired product specifications.

Laboratory Management

• Maintain accuracy, calibration, and upkeep of laboratory instruments (XRF, XRD, titration, etc.).
• Prepare and maintain testing reports, analysis records, and documentation as per ISO and company standards.

Process Optimization & Compliance

• Assist in process optimization by providing chemical data to reduce fuel consumption and improve clinker quality.
• Ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards while handling chemicals and conducting tests.

Research & Development Support

• Participate in product development, alternative raw material evaluation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide support in trials of new cement grades and performance improvement projects.

Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly chemical analysis reports for management review.
