We are seeking a driven and curious Junior Chemist to join our lubricants laboratory, where innovation and research are at the core of our work. In this role, you will support the development and evaluation of new lubricant formulations, contribute to R&D initiatives, and generate data that drives product innovation. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who want to apply chemistry to real-world challenges while advancing the next generation of lubricant technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory experiments and testing of lubricants to support new product development and innovation projects.

• Evaluate physical and performance characteristics such as viscosity, flash point, pour point, density, and oxidation stability.

• Prepare, blend, and analyze samples as part of formulation research and product performance studies.

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments including viscometers, Four Ball, and Pin & Vee Block, and other testing equipment.

• Record, analyze, and interpret experimental data, providing insights that guide R&D decision-making.

• Collaborate with senior chemists and cross-functional teams to develop new formulations and improve existing products.

• Contribute to technical reports, presentations, and documentation of research findings.

• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and industry testing standards (ASTM, DIN,).
