Position : Chemist

Location : RAK White Cement Plant, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

Qualification : B.Sc Chemistry

Experience : 8-10 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures health, safety, and environment regulations as per applicable standards of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
• To analyse all material, raw mix, kiln feed clinker, cement and received materials and materials for approval
• To compare X-ray analysis and wet analysis of raw mix, kiln feed and products for X-ray calibration check
• Cooling water, VVC and RO product water quality analysis
• Daily loss on ignition of daily grinding average sample and dispatch sample and insoluble residue of auto-control dispatch samples as per schedule
• Preparation of solutions for free lime and T.C determination and finding calculation factors for cement and clinker and raw mix controlling in case of X-ray shut down
• To analyze clinker, cement, lime stone and raw mix products by X- ray method as and when required
