Chemist Engineer (R & D)

We’re looking for a experienced chemist to join our team and help us build safe, high-quality products

• To develop, scale up, and optimize skincare formulations and manufacturing processes, ensuring high product quality, stability, regulatory compliance, and efficient large-scale production.
• Develop skincare products such as: Face Creams, lotions, serums, gels, cleansers, sunscreens, hair colors
• Optimize mixing, heating, cooling, and homogenization processes
• Define and control critical process parameters (CPPs)
• Ensure consistent batch-to-batch quality
• Improve overall manufacturing efficiency
• Introduce innovative ingredients and processes
• Cross-functional coordination with production, QA, and supply chain teams
• Ensure formulations are not only effective but also scalable, stable, and commercially viable.

Pay: Rs95,000.00 per month
