Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning & Delivery

Plan and deliver dynamic Chemistry lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for middle school students, encouraging conceptual clarity and curiosity.

• Curriculum & Pedagogical Excellence

Simplify intricate topics and utilize diverse teaching methods (e.g., presentations, discussions, practical) to engage students.

• Practical & Laboratory Supervision

Conduct and oversee Chemistry experiments, teach proper lab procedures, maintain safety compliance, and guide students in lab notebook documentation.

• Assessment & Feedback

Create assignments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student understanding; offer remedial or enrichment support tailored to individual needs

• Competitive Exam Preparation

Introduce foundational concepts and strategies to help students prepare for competitive exams like JEE-Main, NEET, or other foundational assessments.

• Collaboration & School Engagement

Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and co-curricular activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to refine curriculum and teaching methods.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Background

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, along with a B.Ed – mandatory.

• Work Experience

Preferably 2–6 years of experience teaching in CBSE or equivalent schools.

• Soft Skills

Strong command of English, excellent communication, disciplined classroom management, adaptability, and a teamwork-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
