Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive chess classes for students of varying skill levels.
• Develop structured chess courses, lesson plans, and learning materials.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Organize and supervise practice games, tournaments, and other chess-related activities.
• Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the chess curriculum and teaching methodologies.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of chess rules, strategies, and tactics.
• Passion for teaching and working with students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Certification or formal training in chess (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior teaching/coaching experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
