Chick-fil-A Parent Program – Work While Your Kids Are at School or Practice

Part-time | $15.00 per hour

Position Overview:

• $15 per hour: Work only during school hours or while kids are at practice — designed around your availability.
• 2–4 hours per day, Monday through Friday: Be home in time for pickup, every time.
• Cross-training: Build your skill set with hands-on training across multiple team member roles.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Availability Monday–Friday during school or activity hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. regularly.
• Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor temperatures.
• A positive attitude and a desire to grow.

Chick-fil-A Duluth is independently owned and operated by Farr Up North LLC. All employment decisions are made by the local Operator.

Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are locally owned and operated by independent, franchised Operators who invest in the future of their Team Members and give back to their communities.
