Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall academic strategy across K–12 international schools
• Oversee curriculum development (IB, Cambridge, or equivalent frameworks)
• Ensure high teaching standards, learning outcomes, and student success metrics
• Manage and mentor principals, academic directors, and curriculum teams
• Drive innovation in teaching, learning, and educational technology
• Develop assessment frameworks and performance benchmarking systems
• Ensure compliance with international accreditation standards
• Build teacher development and leadership training programs
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning

Candidate Profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in international education (CAO, Director of Education, Superintendent, or similar)
• Strong background in curriculum leadership (IB / Cambridge / international frameworks preferred)
• Experience leading multi-school or large academic institutions
• Excellent strategic thinking and people leadership skills
• Master’s or Doctorate in Education or related field preferred
• Strong communication and cross-cultural leadership ability
