CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Accountant with a minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and finance, specifically within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee all accounting operations, ensure the integrity of financial information, and provide strategic financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting and finance, with significant experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
