•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
•Additional certifications in sales, safety or PPE industry standards are an advantage.
•Fluency in English & Arabic language.
•Valid Saudi driving license.
:
•Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in PPE or related safety products.
•Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies for PPE in the KSA market.
•Strong background in B2B sales channels.
•Experience in managing teams and working with distributors and key accounts.
•Strong sales planning and execution skills with a results-driven approach.
•Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
•Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Leadership ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
•High level of self-motivation, initiative, and accountability.
•Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
•Strong understanding of the KSA market, customer behaviour, and regulatory norms.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Willingness to travel extensively within the Kingdom.
•Knowledge of LCGPA regulations & government benefit for locally manufactured products.

•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive Saudi made PPE sales across KSA.
•Identify and acquire new customers in construction, industrial, and retail sectors.
•Manage relationships with existing clients, distributors, and dealers to ensure satisfaction and retention.•Develop relationship with oil and petrochemical companies to promote Saudi made PPE products.
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.•Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
•Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
•Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management.
•Lead, train, and support a team of sales representatives across key regions.
•Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and certification requirements for all PPE products.
•Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
