Key Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process customer bills and vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct physical stock verification at warehouses and retail locations, reconciling the results with accounting records to identify discrepancies.
  • File GST returns, maintain GST records, and ensure compliance with statutory tax regulations.
  • Address and resolve billing discrepancies, escalate non-payments or issues, and liaise with auditors and tax advisors as required.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of GST regulations, monthly/quarterly return filing, and documentation procedures.
  • Attention to detail while verifying stock and bills, and ability to investigate discrepancies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for follow-ups and compliance coordination.
  • Experience with reconciliations, bookkeeping, and preparation of compliance reports.
  • Problem-solving skills for handling operational and compliance issues related to accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
